Breath awareness and meditation.
To keep things simple, having mental awareness of your breath is a form of meditation. This is where I find it to be so special observing it, being conscious of it, and regulating it creates a bridge from mind to body. You're thinking of it... you're moving it...stay focused on it... it is that simple.
Motivation to start.
This easy understanding should be motivation for you to simply just start focusing on your breath at random throughout the day as if you're just checking in with yourself.
