Welcome to the meditation vault. We will dedicate this blog to the study and understanding of traditional yogic philosophy, yogic psychology, meditation and the science behind it. With mediation now being scientifically recognized for its benefits many are told to meditate but are unaware of how to start or what the practice of meditation truly is. Just like the body every human is at their own unique individual state of mind or consciousness and everyone's experience is different here on this earth.

This is a personal practice and what works for others may not work for you. Having true understanding, information, and resources on meditation will let you choose what styles and techniques work best for you.


We will focus on 3 main vaults of information.


Traditional yogic study and philosophy.

Yogic psychology.

Science based evidence on meditation.


I will also have mediation audios and videos that have worked well on clients as well on myself.

Meditation is an exercise.

A very hard one. But its 11pm right now... And I will leave you with something easy to start with.... Sleep Music.
